PrivToolbox provides a free, client-side, web-based tool allowing users to convert image formats (such as WebP, PNG, JPEG, AVIF, BMP, ICO), strip EXIF metadata, and resize image dimensions directly within their web browser.

3. User Responsibility & Ownership

Because all file processing is executed exclusively on your local computer or device:

• You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all images processed through PrivToolbox;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, authorization, or license to convert and modify the images you select;
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities or in violation of local and international copyright regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PrivToolbox does not warrant that conversion will be error-free or that the output will meet all specific formatting expectations on every legacy device.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall PrivToolbox, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or corruption of files during local processing.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of PrivToolbox at any time without prior notice.
